Nick Cave's piano

I've given so many of my friends amazing and beautiful gifts that I know they will truly love, and I've never received so much as a note or card in return. I know receiving gifts back is not the point of giving, and it's not why I give, I give because I love to take the effort to find something special and memorable that the person will cherish and because I genuinely care about them, but it would be nice to once maybe be given something. Personally i'd be happy with just a hand written note, just something that shows that someone cares or bothers enough maybe.
